Biography:

Mark is currently a Special Adviser in the Economics Department, having joined the Reserve Bank in August 2008. Prior to this Mark was Manager of Macro Policy at the New Zealand Treasury, where he also held other Manager and Principal Advisor positions.

From 1996 to 2000 Mark was Economic Counsellor in the New Zealand Delegation to the OECD.

• Macroeconomic policy and growth
• Business cycles
