Biography:

Ashley arrived at the Bank in late 2006 after completing a BA(Hons.) in Economics  from the University of Otago. Ashley is currently member of the Modelling Team.

Current research interests:

• Housing wealth, financial wealth and consumption.
• Forecasting with macroeconomic models.   
• Macro impact of fiscal policy.
• Empirical models of international trade.
