Biography:

Kirdan is currently the Manager of the Issues and International team having previously held the position of Manager of the Research team in Economics Department.

Current research interests:

  • Impact of emerging market economies on New Zealand trade
  • The financial crisis and implications for inflation targeting
  • Trends and developments within New Zealand’s household sector
